How do you know things are changing and becoming more succesful?

When you look at your outer world to determine if there is change/success, and there apparently is nothing  that seems to be different, what do you think? I know, because I've fallen into this trap. You start thinking exactly that, that nothing has changed. However, if you bring trust into the equation and know that there is a build up of energy happening in the inner planes of consciousness, then you also know that it is inevitable that that energy will manifest into the outer plane of consciousness. It is only then, that you will see the effects of all your hard work! So stick to it. It is really about understanding the physics of the situation and understanding the laws of energy, to be precise, the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy, see John Assaraf. This law states that all energy is constantly flowing from one form or vibration to another, and also from the non-physical plane to the physical plane. Thank goodness for physics!

First, within, and then without. But of course this manifestation of your desire in the outer world must come from action. And you must be the one to action it. One thought

You can only hold one thought in your consciousness at one time. So if you have two opposing thoughts, one says I am poor, and the other says I am rich, only one of them actually hold energy for you in your mind. If you are poor and want to be rich then probably the thought that says I am poor , is predominant. You must no longer hold it in your consciousness, for the riches to come in.

We all do it. We all create things.But sometimes we stay with things that we don't want, or things that even used to work but not anymore. Learn to see things as they really are, not what you think they are. Examine your thoughts daily to uncover what you really think. Oh that's too scary, you say. That may be true, but imagine the scare these same thoughts do you every day if you don't look them in the eye.

Service to the LGBT people of the world

I was listening to yet another brilliant John Assaraf video and he talks about giving service. Because I am a lesbian and because I have had to deal with many related issues and others in my growing up, I am in a great position to help others with my Life Coaching skills. I want to particularly work with LGBT people and ask for people to contact me. I can help them deal with life issues, with blocks to their self esteem and their success in life. I am also a great encourager, and I say, go for it! You can do it.

Just when you think it's been raining for 3 days now, so therefore it's never going to stop, the sun comes out. How many of us think that just because something happens once then twice, that it's always going to happen? And how often during that time, do we forget to appreciate what it actually is?  Remember to appreciate everything because as sure as eggs break, change will happen. It is one of the certain things in life, along with taxes and death. have fun appreciating!

John Assaraf's second level of the foundation of success

His second level of the foundation of success is the emotional level. When you are able to release all your anxieties, worries, doubts, angers, depressions and so on, and add that state to your first foundation of success, which is a trusting in the oneness and goodness of all, then you are on the way to success. I totally agree and thanks John.  

It must be called the ego

Have you given up trying things over and over and they don't work? Like you've been beating your head on the brick wall, but you don't want to give up. So a good way to approach this problem is to go back to the original source of information and hey it is all revealed so easily! How is it that we sometimes think that we know better than the person who has done this stuff before you?? Ridiculous stuff huh? It must be called the ego!

beware making assumptions

My partner recently gave me a puzzle to do out of New Scientist June 2012 which was about creativity.
The problem was III=III+III . My task was to move one of the sticks only to make the sum work out correctly. I foolishly made the assumption that it was a mathematical equation and hence decided that there could be only 1 equals sign. I couldn't solve it. I now know what the answer is, but I'm going to leave you to guess. The point is, that I made a wrong assumption and therefore I couldn't get it!

expectations

If you don't have expectations of something happening in a particular way, then you are not going to be disappointed if it doesn't happen or if it happens not as quickly or as well as you thought. So out with expectations I say! Especially if they relate to other people at all. For yourself, you can monitor your expectations and make them as realistic and goal oriented as you wish. Be kind to yourself, and if the fog of disappointment descends because you weren't watching, hit it over the head, breathe a sigh of gratitude and remember that it is there to remind you what not to do! have fun.
