When you are in need then connect to the Life Force.
When you are feeling down,
when you are feeling tired
overwhelmed
can';t sleep
don't know what to do
are worried about something
feel angry
or whatever it is that takes you away from feeling centred and grounded
then connect to the Life Force.
OK how is the question?
The answer is breathe in the blue/violet light.
Breathe it in to your very being with your feet planted firmly on the ground ( standing or sitting).
