Find out your imprisoning negative beliefs

Find them out and persistently work with them.

These are the thoughts that have been lodged in your subconscious since you were a small child. You didn't put them there, but all the influences you had when you were young became part of your subconscious. Change them to the positive ones you want by consistent, persistent  and daily effort.
Step by step and bit by bit until you start seeing results of you feeling happier and more confident.

Visualisation as essential to manifestation

you need to visualise, imagine or think about what you want.

having the thoughts of positive things happening is great but you need to feel it, to think it, to put yourself in the picture, to think through what it would be like to have or be or do the something you desire so much.
Do it. Even if you think you can't visualise you can think about or conceptualise. Everyone can.
Good persistence, and good luck, but it is in your hands.

that you automatically do and think and behave.
Being angry, having ugly thoughts, having clutter or dirt in your house, hating self, having addictions all contribute to stopping you manifest what you really want even if you are doing all the right positive affirmations. 
So don't be lazy, be focused and organise what you want.
