Choose Joy of the Process Itself

When you choose joy for itself, all sorts of positive things happen.

You learn about living in the moment, about appreciating the little simple things in life, you don't bother about stressing anymore. 
As joy becomes your focus, then worries and frustrations slip away.
Your mind becomes attractive to joyful moments, thoughts, beliefs.. and more and more of them.
When I'm focused on joy, I'm watching and observing how I'm thinking.
I'm learning to love myself more and be open to more love around me. 
When I focus on joy, I'm choosing not to abandon myself, I'm choosing to listen to my intuition and inner guidance.
When I focus on Joy, I don't have time, interest or energy for negativity.
So go for it, and enjoy!
