What is gratitude?
It is a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation.
When you wake up in the morning and you think things aren't going very well for you, or you want things to have hurried up, just take a breath and count your blessings.
Remember all the good things you have in life. For a start your parents gave you life, your friends give you support, feedback, entertainment, education, your family gives you identity and memories, your job gives you money and fulfilment and so on.
And you're thinking , "O yeah, You know nothing man! I got nothing or nobody."
Well, my friend, what about your life, your legs that work, your brain, your smile..., the roof over your head..." what about the sun on your face and the clean water you drink?
Look deeply, there is always something to be thankful for, something to appreciate and remember, there is always someone way worse off than you.
