You can choose

You can choose to breathe automatically or consciously

Well how do we reckon that? and after all, why would we bother choosing to make the effort to breathe consciously when our bodies are doing it for us?
Think about this. You decide whether to breathe deeply or not; you decide whether to breathe slowly or not; you decide to breathe quietly or not. Oh OK maybe not when you've got a cold.....
But basically, you do choose.
Imagine or think about the idea that you could choose to breathe in abundance and love OR you could choose to breathe in self recrimination and judgements. Which would you choose?
Well, choose then.
Rabia Hayek reckons we all take between twelve and 25,000 breaths a day.
Imagine if you chose to breathe positively for even 100 breaths. The average healthy adult breathing rate is somewhere between twelve and twenty breaths a minute. So if you breathed positively for 20 minutes you would have breathed positively 100 breaths or more.
That's pretty good.
If you breathe positively ( with or without affirmations) every morning for every day you wake up, you will have accumulated a lot of positivity.
One of the best things about doing this, is, it FEELS SO GOOD!
You feel connected, and so you are.
You are in the manifesting business!
