When you love yourself you are a wonderful role model to the world, you shine out life and love and light and peace. Your brain is relaxed because you know you are always in connection with the magnificence of the Universe, you feel grateful for every little thing and that gratitude grows into a momentum of energy that sustains you over the time you are awake and even while you sleep.
Oh I know this sounds too good to be true.
The thing is you aren't perfect, so you won't always be glowing at 100%!
But that is all OKay!
