The sixth law of the Natural Universe

This is the Law of perpetual Transmutation of Energy.

What does this mean and why is it important?
It means that things are constantly changing, that nothing remains in the same form. 
You, as the initiator of things happening in your life, can create change by simply transforming your thoughts, and concentrating them with feeling. 
This will produce change in the outside world.

The fifth Law of the Natural Universe

The law of Gestation means that there needs to be a time period 

for your goal to manifest in the physical world of your reality.
You cannot plant a seed and expect it to produce fruit simultaneously!
So have patience my friend and be kind to yourself when you are planning for something to eventuate.

The fourth law is that of Cause and Effect.

When you look at your reality, that is the effect. You have caused this. So if you have a reality that sucks, you need to change the cause. The more you think despair, the more you cause despair; the more you think happiness the more you create happiness.
Your life is caused by you.
Scary eh?

The Third law of the Natural Universe

The Law of relativity states that nothing is, without comparison.

The question is, To what do you compare?
If you choose someone in the worst situation in the world in relation to you, then you come out looking really good. If you choose someone in the best situation in the world, then maybe you look pretty bad.
If you want to encourage yourself to feel good, choose the option that MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER.
After all, it's all about choice... and relativity.

The Second Law of the Natural Universe - the Law of Polarity

The Law of Polarity states that nothing cannot exist without it's exact opposite.

Why is this important for you and your pursuit of goals?
Let's look first at it's meaning. The Law states that hot cannot exist without cold, happiness cannot exist without depression, bad cannot exist without good. As far as you are concerned, you could not exist without your exact opposite. So don't criticize the bad, because that would negate the good in you. Simply focus on the good in everything, everyone and yourself. Keep focused on your goals and they will manifest. Do not try to force it, because you cannot. Use relaxed effort as my yoga teacher used to say. Go with the ebb and flow and you will achieve.
Think about this law and get to understand it by holding it's wisdom in your heart.

The Seven natural laws of the Universe: The first

The first law of the Universe is the Law of Vibration and Attraction.

Everything is energy and everything has a particular vibration, including you. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an art, it is a habit. Aristotle.
Like attracts like, ie positive energy attracts more positive energy and so it goes with negative energy.
When you either create something positive or react to something positively, it creates more positive vibrations. 
The law of the Universe  says that when you feel good about what you say and do ( and others) other like minded thoughts and actions will be attracted. 
So the idea is to feel good and positive.
That's not really a surprise, is it? 
Just remember, you choose whether to do this or not.

The fifth law of the Mind

is the Law of Insertion.

Your mind has the power and ability to put in any new thought. This means you can change how you react to a situation. If for example, you wake up feeling not very well and you have the accompanying thought that says you aren't well, but you have something you really want to do today, what are you going to do?
You are going to change it.
You are going to tell yourself that you are not feeling well but that you don't want that. 
You want to be well and not only that but you want to feel well. 
So effectively you are cancelling the thought you woke up with, and are changing it to a positive thought as well as charging that thought with positive energy.
You have successfully used the fifth Law of the Mind.

The third Law of the MInd

The Law of Attraction:

Whenever you have an emotion that is attached to a thought it becomes emotionalised. 
Because of this law, this thought attracts other like or similar thoughts.
It acts like a magnet.
What does this mean?
If you have a thought that says something like "I'm going to win the race>" and you feel all excited about winning and you feel happy and expectant, then those feelings charge up the thought in a wonderfully positive way.
If on the other hand, you say to yourself "I'm going to win the race" but you feel doubtful and remember that last time you were in a race you came last and you get all despondent, then those feelings too will charge up the thought "I'm going to win the race", but negatively.
Ask yourself how this thought works ( or doesn't) for you.

The second Law of the Mind

The mind is both a receiving and sending station for thoughts.

The placebo is the ineffectual medical treatment given to patients.
However, the placebo often causes the placebo effect, where patients report improvements for the medical condition which have purely been created by mind over matter. 
The belief is that the "pill" causes improvement or healing, and therefore does.
The thought being sent out by the medical system is that pills work.
The thought being sent by the doctors themselves is that their patients will believe them because they, the doctor,s are the authority on the subject. 
The thought received by the patient is that the pill works.
And it does.

Winners never quit and quitters never win!

I've just been inspired by Lisa Nichols in a video clip.
Her grandma told her that she came from a long line of people who always kept on going. That there was no such thing as quitting. Quitters never win, and winners never quit, and she was a winner, so she had to keep going/
And that's what she did in spite of coming dead last in the swimming competitions at school, until, the day after her grandma HAD TOLD HER THAT WINNERS NEVER QUIT. The day after that, she won.
The difference was when she stopped telling herself that she was a loser, and that as gramma said, she was a winner and winners never quit. She told herself  this over and over again, and that's what you need to do.
You need to keep going, maybe try something different.
Don't give up, keep going, remembering you have a big responsibility to make a difference to the world!

There's a gap between what you know you need to do in order to succeed and what you're doing

You've been studying how to be successful and you still aren't

successful.
This is because there is a gap between what you know and what you are doing.
If you know you need to be changing your negative habits hourly and daily and you forget to do it one day, or give yourself a bit of a holiday from it, you are not creating the repetition that the subconscious needs for acceptance. You must do it daily and as it comes up.
It could also be a gap between what you are doing and how you are doing it. 
If you know you need to have feeling attached to your desires and you just say the words and maybe don't even believe them, then you will never attract what you desire. You must be consistent in your emotions and words and believe that they are possible for you.
It doesn't work if you think whatever it is , is possible, but only for others.
It could also be because you don't believe you deserve what you want.
Believe it, feel it and believe in yourself. Know and trust that you can have what you want.
It is yours to have.

You hear with your ears but you listen with your emotions

Just because you hear something doesn't mean you absorb it as it was intended.

That means, even if you hear some words of wisdom you may not apply them to yourself or you may have a negative feeling in response to what you hear so therefore that is what you actually hear.
Hence Bob Proctor's statement " you hear with your ears but you listen with your emotions."
If you hear the words "Your reality is created by those outside of you" you will either agree or disagree and have subsequent emotions.
If you hear the statement " you are responsible for your destiny" you also have a negative or positive response and feelings attached. And that emotion determines whether you absorb that information you heard, or not.

There is a personal approach and the feedback can be accessed any time after the session(s) have finished because they are written down. This is far more useful than face to face coaching where the information is stored only in memory.

When you want something do you ask for it or do you go about it indirectly?

I heard a story today about a man who wanted to be with his family but couldn't quite ask because that was too difficult. As it happened his mother and younger brother were in hospital for something or other and the man who couldn't ask to see them found himself in the same hospital. he put his elbow through some glass and ended up in emergency.
He got his wish all right, but rather indirectly!
So how do you go about it?

Preparation for success

Preparation of your mind is a really essential part of success

and this of course needs to happen before you undertake a difficult journey, situation or event. Plan for what you need to do, plan for what you need to say, plan for how you need to behave and do not have expectations for how it will turn out. Of course you know what you would like the end result to be and you certainly need to work towards that, but when you are dealing with other people, you cannot control how they will react or behave towards what you want. You can however be in charge of your mind.
Imaging or conceptualising the event and anchoring that in some positive and beautiful image (which you have already programmed for relaxed success) is a great idea and workable too.
I've tried it again with a very difficult situation that I was dreading doing but wanted to do it anyway.
It made all the difference to the first stage of success.
So you need to have/conceptualise an idea of how and what might happen and have a positive feeling attached.

Oxytocin is the love hormone which should not be confused with oxycontin. This is a highly addictive opiate based pain killer.

When you give love or empathy or compassion, you release the hormone oxytocin which then boost your health.
So when you're feeling down and low, give to someone.

It's okay for you to want whatever it is you want

Sometimes you might feel guilty or shame

about wanting something. Maybe you want more money in your life, maybe you want more sex, maybe you want health. Whatever it is, it is totally okay.
You have a right to want things, so long as they are for the common good. So if you want more money in your life, how about thinking also of giving some away?
If you want more sex, maybe you need to think of telling your partner, or finding a partner. And what about love? Do you want more? Then you have a right to have more, but you will need to give more.
And how about your health?
Cheer up, it could be a lot worse. You can have health and you have a right to have it, so go for it.

Whatever you do, if you feel shame or guilt about any of these desires, then you need to do some fast talking to yourself and ask yourself this question :
Are you worth it?

When you are wanting to do some special work on yourself

and you've got grandchildren or children around wanting your attention, then you have to really focus on what you are doing as well as responding to them. This is an amazing exercise in being relaxed and focused at the same time.
Can you do it?
You have to some how not resist them but remain focused on your task at hand.

Our partners reflect who we are

Our Partners mirror

us in what we do and say. So when they say something to you about what you did, didn't do, or said, and you don't like it, then stop for a minute. Examine what they say, and drop your defence mechanisms so you can see exactly what it is they are saying. This will help you hear how things are from their perspective, and do something about it. It may require making a decision or even remaking a DECISION TO DO OR NOT DO SOMETHING.
It will almost certainly be about taking responsibility for your self.!
You can do it!
If you love them and yourself of course.

Disappointment

Disappointment is an emotion, al response to your expectations of something manifesting.
However, we all need to be realistic. When you really really want something, you know and trust that this is going to happen, but it may not happen the instant you think it will.
Everything has to be aligned - you, the timing, the event, the energy.
You want it to be right don't you? And you want it to work for the good of all?
Then banish all those disappointments and work with the trust instead. Don't waste energy on emotional garbage. it brings you down, it's a waste of time and energy and you would be better off building up your positive emotions.
Do it now.
You are strong enough.

Repetition

Repetition

of practices is called habit. We all have inherited or accumulated or pinched habits from someone else, our parents, our siblings, our peers, and until we do something different, we are stuck with them.
Can you imagine, if your father had told you you weren't good enough because you didn't get straight As every time, that you internalised that thought and it became yours - and habit. It possibly happened at least once every day , since you were about 7 years of age, let's say. So by the time you were 21 you would have heard this 14 X 365 times. And that's quite a lot.
So through repetition, if you want to shift this thought, you have to first cancel it and then feed in the new thought at least as many times as 5,110 !

Online help for change

Regrets is easy

but changing your spots is a little bit harder.
On the good side though, once you change your spots you don't have to go t5heough all the angst of regret!
So it really is a bonus.
The first thing to do if you want to change your spots, is to make a decision.
That decision is about wanting to change.
The second decision is to ask yourself who do you want to become? Do you like some of the spots and not those others?
Be honest with yourself.
So the best thing about spots to see them all, is to look in a mirror!
Try it and make a note of who and what you see.
Then we can go from there!
