Your mind has the power and ability to put in any new thought. This means you can change how you react to a situation. If for example, you wake up feeling not very well and you have the accompanying thought that says you aren't well, but you have something you really want to do today, what are you going to do?
You are going to change it.
You are going to tell yourself that you are not feeling well but that you don't want that.
You want to be well and not only that but you want to feel well.
So effectively you are cancelling the thought you woke up with, and are changing it to a positive thought as well as charging that thought with positive energy.
You have successfully used the fifth Law of the Mind.
