Preparation for success

Preparation of your mind is a really essential part of success

and this of course needs to happen before you undertake a difficult journey, situation or event. Plan for what you need to do, plan for what you need to say, plan for how you need to behave and do not have expectations for how it will turn out. Of course you know what you would like the end result to be and you certainly need to work towards that, but when you are dealing with other people, you cannot control how they will react or behave towards what you want. You can however be in charge of your mind.
Imaging or conceptualising the event and anchoring that in some positive and beautiful image (which you have already programmed for relaxed success) is a great idea and workable too.
I've tried it again with a very difficult situation that I was dreading doing but wanted to do it anyway.
It made all the difference to the first stage of success.
So you need to have/conceptualise an idea of how and what might happen and have a positive feeling attached.
