Online help with procrastination

Do you really really want to change?
Or are you happy with your lot and think it's just too much effort to change?
Would you rather put up with the familiar old poverty, lack of motivation, being put down, feeling hopeless, and having bad health? At least it is familiar, and you don't have to get used to it. You know it inside out even if it pisses you off. You are afraid of change right? That is nothing to be ashamed of. We have all been there. Who knows who you might have to talk to, who knows what challenges you might have to face, who knows who you might meet.They might know you're inner secrets and that would be so scary because you don't really want to look at them yourself.
You know change is about overcoming inertia, which is a natural state of the body and mind. Even the brain wants to keep things as they are. So you are not the only person that this happens to.
But if you really really want to change then there are things you can do about it. You can take charge of your life, you can be successful, you can be healthy, you can lose weight, you can have a neat relationship.
