To create your reality you have to desire it

What does this mean?
It means that you have to long for it, you have to be willing to spend a certain number of seconds, minutes hours of your life focusing on this desire, and not only that, but you have to do it at least once a day, 3 times is best.
So can you commit to this?
Not only is this a commitment to doing it every day at least once, but also you need a commitment to focusing your energy on this desire for up to 3 minutes every time. ( start off a small time and build up)
So is this meditating, well yes it is. It is going to the alpha mind space, so it means relaxing your body, then relaxing your mind, and then you can begin work. Whenever you are in this mental plane you can do your work. If other thoughts about the chicken cooking or is your mate going to ring soon, you need to be able to let them go easily and redirect your thoughts back to the work at hand. You need to let these go easily and relaxedly and then back to focus.
It takes a while to get into it, so allow yourself that time, and make a time when you won't be interrupted, and remember to reward yourself as you do it each day.Hhave a timetable plan, so you can see your progress.
