If you want to manifest reality, do so consciously for you are a co-creator. Use your empowerment rather than manipulation and you will get what you want. Love is more powerful than powering over. Your power is your ability to act. Ask for help, ask for whatever strength or courage you need to go forth in your day. Don't go for self pity because that makes you less of who you are. The idea is that your personal growth is about becoming more of who you are. So be conscious my friend.
