How to evaluate Emotion - positive and negative

Emotion is part of the human condition, even for those who don't believe they have any (like someone I know). Emotion has often been considered  the domain of the female. And with that patriarchal perspective, it has been considered wrong or inappropriate for males to acknowledge, let alone experience and admit to feeling or experiencing emotion.
However, I would argue that emotion is part of the human condition whether for female/male heterosexual, or for any of the queer sexual orientations of the world. Emotion and thought go hand in hand.
Negative emotions block a person's ability to succeed, to change and therefore to be happy.
Positive emotions are essential to a person's well being, to success and fulfilment, and of course to contribution to the world.
Positive emotions are also essential to making something manifest in your world. When you want something to happen, you must access your core of desire, you must access your feelings of enthusiasm, energy, success and all good things. You must have a strong positively charged concept of what you want, you must think the desire into your "reality". Try to use all your senses for this end - your sense of smell, colour, sound, taste, connection to oneness. The more you allow yourself to feel the desire, the more you will desire. And the more you desire, the more likely the "reality" you want will manifest. This is what people term "passion".
The more you feel and conceptualise passion, the more it will be, and the more successful you will be, and the more you will be fulfilled. The more fulfilled you are, the more you will contribute to the world, and the more gratitude you will feel/experience. This is a never ending cycle, and it is in your hands.
