Then the eyes and heart of the warrior begin to grow accustomed to the light.

A small trick I heard last night

A small trick to move on unwanted thaoughts

is to simply click on the delete button. After all, you are a bit like a computer (only better) and your programs that have been installed about lack of abundance, not good enough as the two biggies for most people, are only that, programs.
So if you imagine your subconscious mind as storing a variety of programs, you can then select the appropriate ones and delete. Equally you can select the programs you want to become your dominant thoughts and double click and enlarge and lighten.

Old dogs learn new tricks - it'sa a cinch if you know how - according to David Robson (New Scientist)

David Robson itemizes 3 points that make an adult learner as good as (and sometimes better than) a child learner.
He says ideas do get fossilised over time, and its actually the adults lifestyle that may be the biggest obstacle to learning. And this includes their perfectionism.
To counteract that
when the adult 1) keeps fit
                       2) uses that spare time to learn something rather than blob in front of TV or dream off when                               waiting at the bus stop
                        3) throw yourself into a task rather than agonising over all the details 
                        4) use a carousel approach by rotating through different skills you need rather than                                             practising endlessly over one small component of the task

QU: You may ask why this is all relevant here? 
ANS: You are learning a new you, so you need new ways of dealing with new skills.

If you have pain in your body, the old way is to experience the pain and perceive it as negative and a pain in the bum or wherever!
A new way, using the law of attraction(and associates) could be to experience the pain, love it and to actually send love to that part of the body where you are experiencing it! Sounds pretty weird I know, but try it before you think too cynically of this idea.
You are then using the law of attraction to bring more love (and healing) into this part of your body because the love you focus on your body will attract more of the same.
It is law!

How not to slip back into old habits

How not to slip back into old habits means being totally aware of everything you do, say and think.

It's a continuous adventure. You know, things come up in your life where you've habitually reacted in a certain way. But now you know the laws, you can become the Observer of yourself and for yourself. You will remember that you always have a choice, and the choice is a conscious one. Do you want to react in the old way, or did you make a decision to change? Do you want to stay with that decision or couldn't you be bothered? If the answer is you couldn't be bothered, then you will remain the same as you were before you made that decision and all that hard work.
Is that what you want?
It really is continuous work. 
No successful person grew that way from the beginning. They all had to work at it. 
But I tell you, it's fun catching yourself out, after you've given up not forgiving yourself for not being perfect!

So now you know it all

Now you know it all intellectually how do you put all these laws into practice?

Well, you have to become aware of what you're doing.!
I have a friend who was telling me that she was particularly thinking about the law of attraction and how in the past she had always thought that there wasn't enough! Sound familiar?
She started to become aware of her thoughts and realised that even in small things she had often thought there wasn't enough - or that there was a lack. When she put the washing out and went to the cupboard to get  free coat hangers to hang the shirts, she found that she often thought there weren't enough hangers for the shirts!! silly little things like that. She took the hangers for the shirts and found to her surprise that were plenty of hangers, in fact more than enough Or she thought "oh there's not enough time to do everything this morning so I'm going to have to rush etc" But of course there is always plenty of time for everything..
WOW when she realsied what she was projecting to the world, she put a stop to it.

The Law of Obedience according to Bob Proctor

The law of obedience is about following the laws.

This law is the one I balked at most! because of the name and because I'm not a very obedient person. However, I now know Bob's correct.
What this law is saying is, that the more precisely you adhere to the laws of the universe, the more precisely will be the success that you want.
 Bob says we've been programmed to be good little go getters but the law of sacrifice clearly says give and then you'll receive. don't hang on to things!
So we need to look at what society says and see if you agree or not.
He gives an example of compliance - we use nature's seasonal laws to grow X in X season not in Y season and so on to produce maximum growth. The same is true of our lives - plant the seeds of success you want in the richest soil possible, and your life will be success.
Bob says you must understand all these laws in order to live in harmony (obedience) with the natural order.

Law of Sacrifice according to Bob Proctor

The law of sacrifice is about letting go something of lesser value to you to welcome in something of higher value.

For example if you don't sacrifice your grumpiness for a friendship or partnership, thern in effect you will be sacrificing your friendship(or partnership). Something has to be sacrificed or let go of in order to create the vacuum for something else to come in.
people everywhere are awakening to the necessity of disciplining their thoughts. We train animals, harness the forces of nature to work for us, yet we can't control our minds and emotions (particularly).
We have to work on our mind control daily, our self talk, our emotions to make the new part of our controlling paradigm. We have to consciously choose it and patiently persist. Acknowledging we aren't all angels, but we're focusing on where we're going.
Bob Proctor reckons if it doesn't get better, then it'll get worse.
I know he's absolutely right. Thankyou Bob!

Law of supply according to Bob Proctor

The law of supply says there is an infinite supply of everything you desire.

Knowledge, money, success, health, energy, abundance is 100% present in every place silmultaneously. 
Desire is the force that triggers that infinite supply. It is there everpresent from the Life Force. It makes no distinction about what or who you are or aren't.
The problem as Bob sees it, is that we don't really believe that the Life force is the source of all.
Everything ( which is energy) is constantly changing. 
He says that as long as you plant seeds of lack, that's what you will attract. When you don't consider that there is plenty,in other words, then you are also going to have lack. When you hold seeds of lack then that's what your order to the Life Force is.....lack. As you think, so you attract.
What is your order to the Life Force?
As long as you live with your sensory faculties telling you what and how to respond, you'll have struggle.
Open your eyes and see that there is no lack and no limitation, only supply.

The law of Increase according to Bob Proctor

The law of increase is exactly that - whatever you praise, increases.

So when you praise the good that increases, but equally when you praise the bad, that also increases. What does this mean? It means that when you criticise something or someone, that that attribute tends to increase, and when you heap praise on someone that too brings more of the same. When you send loving energy & praise to a flower, they have longer life; when you praise your Source of ssupply, the Life Force, that quickens.
Try it and you can feel it, because what it does is to change your perceptions, and that in turn changes your vibrations and then your behaviour, and then your life!

Reacting is a habit and responding is thinking. So guess which one Bob Proctor would have us do?

The law of thinking is knowing that thought as an actual force as real as electricity, heat, light, water or stone.

technically thought is just electrical impulese so technically thought as as fast as the speed of light. To comprehend takes longer unless it's that AHA moment when it can be instantaneous.
The thoughts you repeatedly think become fixed in the subconscious mind and those thoughts determine what will happen in your life.There is only one power, but it rightly or wrongly used. We have been taught to believe that we hang on to the good and do away with the bad. Bob Proctor says this is not true and that they are simply opposing sides of the same coin. he goes on to explain that heat is the absence of light, cold the absence of heat and so on.
If you want to change your results in your life, then change your mind, your thoughts.

Law of attraction

The Law of Attraction works with the other laws.

When you have a desire to make money but you are still running old stories about lack or undeservability, or when you believe that you only give when you have to, you attract to you like thoughts and results. 
In other words if you feel underserving, you will atract things in your life that are exactly that, in spite of the fact that you might want more money in your life.
If you feel you don't have enough, then you will attract to you circumstances or results which are not enough, even though you might want more money in your life.
If you feel that your heart doesn't have to open up and be willing to give because why should you, you will create that not opened up result in your life, even though you might want to attract more money into your life.
Consciously you want more money, subconsciously you aren't deserving, you feel lacking and unwilling.
The subconscious mind wins because it controls about 96% of your thoughts through all that repitition you've given it over the years.
So the Law of Attraction works, but attracts whatever is in your subconscious!
Think about this and think about it again! Talk to your friends and do something about it!

When the body acts in accordance with these laws then there will results. It is inevitable!

Your love for yourself is a gift to the Universe!

When you love yoursel,f all of the potential of you is activated and you shine forthconfidence and abundance into the world!  When you love yourself you are a wonderful role model to the world, you shine out life and love and light and peace. Your brain is relaxed because you know you are always in connection with the magnificence of the Universe, you feel grateful for every little thing and that gratitude grows into a momentum of energy that sustains you over the time you are awake and even while you sleep.
Oh I know this sounds too good to be true. 
The thing is you aren't perfect, so you won't always be glowing at 100%!
But that is all OKay!
The more you shine, the more you shine!

whatever is holding you back is a gift!

You gotta be kidding me! A gift! what's holding you back?

Yes. Think about it.
Once you've worked out ( like talked with your subconscious) and recognised and acknowledged that what you've got is a big case of "lack of self esteem" lurgies, or a thought that says "the world's against me' or "Only some people get rich" or "I can't get better, my mother died young" or whatever...............
then that tells you what to work on to move on. You have to surrender to it ( doesn't mean accepting it) simply acknowledging it. 
So it's agift. Because that's what's holding you back. And you have to see it first so you can then take action on it.
So go talk with your subconscious mind when you're in a really relaxed state and ask it what the problem is.
Once you've got the answer and have got over your freaking out, you can do something about it.
Remember to do this daily.

What are your beliefs and what makes them either beneficial to you or hurtful to you?

Your beliefs are nothing more than than thoughts which have been thought a thousand times.

They are thoughts which probably began when you were a child and perhaps have never been challenged and perhaps have never even been in your awareness.
Beliefs are practised thoughts whether wanted or unwanted (John Assaraf).
It's amazing tha,t isn't it? 
Once you realise what they are, you will also become aware that some of them serve you and some don't.
You will know that your beliefs (the unwanted ones) are driving your life, creating the reality that you don't want. 
What your responsibility to yourself is, is to unravel these beliefs of yours, and to accept them. If you want to stay with a belief eg that life is full of surprises, then you go on loving that belief. If you want to have the opposite  eg life is about struggle, then you accept it, surrender to the idea that it is yours, and then lovingly tell your subconscious (where it lives) that it's time for you to have control over your thoughts not the other way around. This thought of struggle you will instruct your subconscious to no longer respond to.
If you love yourself, this is what you'll do.

It's easy to say money is only energy

It's easy to say money is energy, but what does this really mean?

The thing is, all energy is vibration and you get to choose which vibration you go for.
Did you know you've got free will, did you know you choose in every moment what vibration you are?
You choose whether consciously or unconsciously.
There is vibration of fear and lack and poverty and there is plenty of abundance of this in our world.
And also, there is vibration of abundance and love and joy and gratitude and there is plenty of that in our world.
Both vibrations of energy are happening right this very minute.
You choose.

When you choose the vibration of lack and struggle, then obviously it follows that you are choosing havimg money ( and other things) in your life as being hard.

When you choose the vibration of prosperity and love and gratitude, then you are choosing  having money (and other things) with ease.

Do you believe in fun or in working hard with no joy?

I was brought up with the work ethic of work hard.
Slog at something and eventually you'd get good at it and get a pay rise! It was left over from the Victorian work ethic.
Now it's work with fun! This is the key, this is the "fuel for everything" that Tristan and Sabrina Truscott talk about.
Work hard by all means, because manifesting success is about focused action, but it's substance (it's energy) is joy. 
So even if it's mundane, get into the joy of it!

There is no point in you doing all your hard work, because it will not change a thing, until you know in the depths of your being that success is yours for the taking (with gratitude).
Right now, wherever you are, whatever your situation is, breathe in the joy and gratitude that comes from having success, and you will surely attract it to you, like a bee to honey. You must, however be prepared to do this consistently for a period of time. The seed must be planted then nurtured and allowed to grow.

Do you believe that the cause of your life's results lies outside of yourself?

The cause of your life's results lies within you, within your conditioning.

First you've been conditioned by family ( however well meaning they are/were) and then you were conditioned by peers at school.Then later by friends and society, including it's cultural, religious, political trends. You are conditioned by fashion, by gender, by your height, weight and age.
In fact everything has a demanding impact on you.
We internalise stuff and spit it out as results in our life until we start realising that we can examine our thoughts held in our subconscious and keep the ones we want and gently coax the others out of being so important and demanding.
Finally we can start to believe and KNOW that our results in our life are because of us!
It's an exciting revelation to know you can do something about your life after all!
It's another dimension of loving yourself!

Can you find the courage to express who you are?

Finding the courage to express who you are is best led by joy rather than struggle.

When you beat yourself up because you don't think you're enough or when you push yourself too hard, this doesn't result in producing the best you.
The best you is released when you follow whatever you do with joy.
So even if it's a mundane job, and you do it with joy in your heart, you will relax and the best courageous you grow.
Through joy is courage, and through courage is the way to express yourself to your greatest potential.
Perfect happiness is your goal, in the moment, in the fullness of you.
Apparently 10% of happiness is due to life circumstances; 40% can be changed in a moment by reframing your emotions and connecting to gratitude; and 50% of happiness comes from pursuing happiness, self worth and thinking, reading about and listening to stuff about happiness.
Your happiness will increase and that will produce more and more success.
So just take that courage in your two hands and go for it.
Remember you are worth it.

What do you attune to in your everyday life?

What you allow yourself to attune to is what determines your vibration.

I remember once I was at a crystal healing workshop right in the middle of the city, and the building where the workshop was held was next door to a building site. That particular morning the bulldozers and giant machines with huge balls on the end that smash things down - they were there and in action. So you can imagine the noise. 
Well there were we in the workshop, being quiet and meditative! It did work, focusing and attuning to the crystals and their energies. Not everyone could - some ended up with headaches.
The thing is, You can't change the frequency of vibration of things around you but you can choose what vibrations you attune to or not!

Struggle is not the only way!

Struggle is not the way to go! Unfortunately we've been taught that it is the only way!

You think about this... were you taught either at school or at home to go about getting what you wanted through anything other than struggle? Like you had to work really hard and then if you were lucky you were rewarded at the end of it. Or you learnt to be manipulative and get what you wanted through emotional blackmail or some other means. Both are struggle and both don't really work! think about the numberof times you,ve tried somethingor other and it hasn,t worked. I bet it's because you were struggling as part of the Victorian ethos that many of us seem to have been brought up on.
Well, time to give it up.
Make a decision to have fun while you are in process of manifesting.
Use the energy that you would have formerly spent on struggle, use that , but not the content to manifest what you want.
A delightful way of releasing a problem is the one proposed by Rudy Hunter and called "pulling taffy".
That word taffy is a type of chewy candy and not used in the southern hemisphere. I thought more appropriately of "blowing bubble gum". You know you chew, blow it out and try to get as big a bubble as possible and then you pop it!
Firstly you think of a problem/pain/experience you wish wasn't there!
Secondly you ask yourself how this problem rates on a scale of 0-10 ( 10 being the biggest pain/problem).
Thirdly you focus on it and chew blow and pop the gum ( figuratively or in reality) and do this for several minutes until you stop caring so much.
Lastly you re-rate the problem/pain/experience on th same scale. You may have to do it several times, but it works!
It's brilliant and so simple and so much fun -- the absolute opposite of struggle.
NB If you have a pain ask your body what this part of your body is not wanting you to feel. The answer can sometimes be freaky.

Shortcut to success - don't get stuck in the muck

This is a shortcut because it's a tip, it's about getting "rid of" what's in the way.

And it's not really "getting rid of" what's in the way, in the sense of wiping it out of existence. It's about understanding that if you want success, you focus on the goal. It also means you avoid all the gunk in the way. All the reasons why you think you shouldn't be successful, why ity might not work, why something bad could happen and on and on worry, worry you IGNORE and walk right over the top of them . remember they are all illusions. When you don't get stuck in the muck, you are focusing all of your energy on to that bulls eye and you can take it out, no problems. No worries mate, you can do it! There is no struggle involved, you are manipulating energy to make it work for you! Work with what you want, not what you don't want!
The usual gunk for most people seems to be;
lack of self worth
lack of trust
and 
no connection to the Universal Life Force or gratitude.

The importance of being earnest in the pusuit of your life purpose

Why is it so important to find your life purpose?

It's so important because that's where your heart lies, that's where your talent lies, that's where your happiness lies and that's where the present moment lies.
When you are following your life purpose, you are living in the moment.
Remember, when you are living so totally and joyously in the present, you are connected to the Universal life force or Chi or whatever you call it. You are then in your greatest power.
So why not tap into that?
Why not be the best, the fullest you can be?
Why not love yourself that much!
It's scary, isn't it, being as good as you can be? 
And I don't mean being a perfectionist!
Be the best you can be.
It's scary because we have all sorts of things in society that tell us that's being selfish or egotistical or narcissicic. And those voices we,ve internalised unfortunately.
Anyawy, you can just tell those voices to get behind you, to stop, command them forcefully and move in to the new you.

This is such a relief isn"t it, you don't have to change everything at once? 
In the beginning it feels so hard to even contemplate the thought of change? You've been stuck for so long, you've put up with that negativity for so long it's almost like a friend. Familiar and shameful, but familiar none the less.
The good news is all of this can shift.
Don't be too proud to ask for help and a good place to start is with your guides. Now you might freak out at this idea. When you thought you were alone when you had those thoughts about killing your girlfriend or strangling your father; when you thought you weren't worth it and you could sacrifice your self for the price of their love... sorry I've got news for you, you weren't alone.
No one is alone - we all have guides with us from the moment we are born. They have been there since the beginning. If you don't believe in guides try that little friend you had when you were a kid, try the familiar in the animal, try that small voice you.ve sometimes heard (well at least used to).

The morning you wake up

and realise you are connected to Source, you feel so peaceful.

You also feel joyous and centred and energised and you appreciate the sun or the rain or even the wind. You have boundless energy because it is continually renewing and you feel your life to be abundant and so so cool. You are grateful beyond words and I'd like to say to you reading my blog, blessings.. and you too can feel this way.
From this connection with spirit or Life or the Infinite all else flows. Know it.

Desire creates lack

When you're in the wanting frame of mind then you are missing something, you are incomplete, you are lacking.

When you are feeling lack, then you struggle, and this, my friend is the opposite of abundance.It will no more draw to you abundance than an old shoe. 
It's weird isn't it? that we thought we had to desire something in order to have it, and we  had to desire something really badly so that that would manifest. But it doesn't work.
The thing is, we have all we need within us now. We don't need to crave something and hey presto it will materialise. No, we have to know that we are grateful for what we have. Arjana Ardagh says " desire is a disease. The antidote is the conscious practice of gratitude. Gratitude flips you into the now. Into a now that is already full, and lays the foundation to greater and greater fullness."

Focus your intentions when manifesting

Focusing is about concentration of energy.

There are no thoughts involved, you must simply be relaxed, be connected to Source and allow no thoughts of " what if I fail? or I'm not good enough " to impinge in that split second of manifestation. Be full of joy, abundnace, excitement, gratitude in the knowing that it is so. That when you concentrate your energy (connected to Source) it acts like a laser to attract exactly what you had in mind.

Almost everything we do and say is the product of the subconscious

Can you believe that almost everything we do and say comes from our memory and comes from our subconscious?

We almost never respond from a clean slate to things that happen in our lives. We respond through the filter of what's happened before, of what we've ever read or seen before. In other words, our responses to the world are steeped in what was, they're not pure responses. They are distorted. And it's distortions are often linked to emotions which give more weight.
Unless of course you decide to be free of all that. You need to change emotional memory into simply facts,. In other words, you need to release the feelings that have got stuck.
To do this, be connected to Source, make a decision to let go and do some action that you've already told yourself means "letting go". This could be a ritual of some sort, a burning, a pulling the taffy apart, a ripping apart , a whateve,r but some action that signifies letting go.

Judgements of others are really about yourself

When you make a judgement of another person you are really judging yourself, which as you know is not very loving.

You can simply use the words "just like me" to add to any comment you make about another, whether it is for good or bad.
For example, you may overhear someone discussing their mother-in-law in derogatory ways, and you can say "wow she's so critical, just like me.' Or you might be part of a conversation where someone is called really stupid,.... just like me. Or maybe it's someone who's really smart, just like me, or really raging mad, just like me.
In this way, you can work out the statements you make where you need to make some changes to your belief systems.
Just note them, have a laugh, no judgments and move on to more loving ways of seeing yourself and others.

Every one of us has a deep rooted fear

We all have a deep rooted fear that holds us back.

This is a quote from Arjan Ardagh's The Last Laugh.
"Every human being is running away from something they don't want to feel.If you're running away from" I'm weak" , you can go to the gym all you like and build pecs so big you'll .... but none of it makes any difference until you face the dark caves in your own mind. If you avoid your own fears you fill your life with endless distraction."
Check out your own fears and ask yourself questions about them and answer honestly. Look in the mirror and check your truthfulness. Don't be horrified with the answers, simply look at them without judgement. Then make a decsion that that was you in the past. Reaffirm your new beliefs.

The importance of loving self

The importance of loving yourself cannot be underestimated.

When you love yourself you make all sorts of choices to improve who you are and what you do in your life, and what you give back to the world. When you love yourself you are more closely connected to the divine source within, or to that goodness or whatever you want to call it, within. You are more likely to make choices for the good of yourself and others. When you love yourself, you attract others who love.
When you don't love yourself, you attract people who are also lacking and in some way controlling.
It is this lack, or fear or inadequacy that drives you.
You cannot be in charge of your life with this option.
Remember, you have a choice, to love yourself or not, to live well or to just survive, to give or not to give at all.

You don't have to feel stuck in the mud

You don't have to feel stuck in the mud or even be stuck in the mud.

There is always someone to help. The thing is, if you were stuck in the mud you know what to do... you wriggle a bit, change direction slightly and off you go again.
I know this is speaking in metaphors, but life's all about that.
The thing is, it's your choice to either stay or to go.. with whatever is happening in your life.
It's time for you to see that your life is in your hands. However old, or run down you've become, however sick or disabled you may be, you still have choices. That is the great thing about humans.. you have a choice. You are not driven by your instincts, well at least you don't have to be.
Even if you've made the choice to change or get out of there lots of times in the past and not had the strength to carry them through, even though you've given yourself and others a hard time, it's all okay. It's not too late.
It's perfect timing , because it's now!
And remember the power is in the present.
It's all okay, you will be okay.
Follow your inner knowledge which is connected to the Source of all energy on the Planet.

You were born pure goodness

You were born pure goodness but the second you were born you started learning

and that's when you started learning negativity and positivity. That's when you started learning that your world was about love and joy and goodness or hate and revenge. It could have been a mixture of love and manipulation or hate but extreme kindness. It could have been any circumstance under the sun.
The thing is, you learnt whatever attitudes you learnt. 
You did not have them at birth.
So as you reach a stage in your life where you want to be successful you reailse that in order to have success, you have to start thinking and breathing love and joy and happiness. 
In fact you have to reclaim your birthright.
You can do that now, even years and years after your birth, even after all those things that have happened to you, you can reclaim love.
Take it into your heart and make a choice about living it.

You can choose

You can choose to breathe automatically or consciously

Well how do we reckon that? and after all, why would we bother choosing to make the effort to breathe consciously when our bodies are doing it for us?
Think about this. You decide whether to breathe deeply or not; you decide whether to breathe slowly or not; you decide to breathe quietly or not. Oh OK maybe not when you've got a cold.....
But basically, you do choose.
Imagine or think about the idea that you could choose to breathe in abundance and love OR you could choose to breathe in self recrimination and judgements. Which would you choose?
Well, choose then.
Rabia Hayek reckons we all take between twelve and 25,000 breaths a day.
Imagine if you chose to breathe positively for even 100 breaths. The average healthy adult breathing rate is somewhere between twelve and twenty breaths a minute. So if you breathed positively for 20 minutes you would have breathed positively 100 breaths or more.
That's pretty good.
If you breathe positively ( with or without affirmations) every morning for every day you wake up, you will have accumulated a lot of positivity.
One of the best things about doing this, is, it FEELS SO GOOD!
You feel connected, and so you are.
You are in the manifesting business!

Choose Joy of the Process Itself

When you choose joy for itself, all sorts of positive things happen.

You learn about living in the moment, about appreciating the little simple things in life, you don't bother about stressing anymore. 
As joy becomes your focus, then worries and frustrations slip away.
Your mind becomes attractive to joyful moments, thoughts, beliefs.. and more and more of them.
When I'm focused on joy, I'm watching and observing how I'm thinking.
I'm learning to love myself more and be open to more love around me. 
When I focus on joy, I'm choosing not to abandon myself, I'm choosing to listen to my intuition and inner guidance.
When I focus on Joy, I don't have time, interest or energy for negativity.
So go for it, and enjoy!

When you don't have the intention of loving yourself

You have made a choice of not loving yourself.

It's hard to believe isn't it? By not making loving yourself  a goal, is, in itself, a choice. 
If you do love yourself a bit, then you can learn to love yourself more and fully.
If you don't do this, then you will never be able to reach your highest good or highest potential as everything you do is based upon resistance of the life force.
Think about this for a second. If you don't love yourself, then your happiness is attached to you acquiring or controlling something or someone.
And you cut yourself ( and them off from the connection with the Universal Life force or Quantum Energy or God or whatever you want to call it.)
When you are disconnected from Source and yourself, then you cannot manifest in the way that you truly desire.
So think about what's involved in loving yourself?
First  it's a committment.
Second it's respecting your physicality. For example, if your body is tired, then rest it.
Third it's acting on your talents.
Fourth it's saying what you need to say even when your best friend or partner says the opposite.
It's patting yourself on the back when you've done well.
And more..
But it's the little thing that makes us all sing!

Why is it important to have the intention of loving yourself?

The importance of loving yourself cannot be underestimated.

When you make the intention to love yourself, you are actually making the choice to love yourself rather than hate yourself.!! 
That sounds incredible, doesn't it?
But it's actually true.
Every little thing I do or say or feel in a day is a huge part of loving myself. If I choose to get up in the mornings in a bad mood and stay that way for the day, then I am hating myself. I bring misery to myself and all those around me.
If on the other hand I wake up grumpy but immediately tell myself I love and accept myself even though I'm grumpy, my whole mood will change, and hence so will my experiences that day for myself and anyone else I come in contact with.
So having the intention of loving self is really important as you see, on a day to day and indeed moment to moment basis. When you do this, and carry through corrective positive measures then you can easily see that your vibrational frequencies of your energy will increase.
The more they increase, the more likely success will be achieved.

Why your connection to the Universe is critical to achieving your goals

In order to achieve your goals you must make a decision to love yourself and your connection to the Universe.

Some people call this God, others, Universal Light or Intelligence. Whatever yo call it isn't significant but your connection to it is.
Every day we already mentioned that it's a good idea to count your blessings. It's also a good idea to make a decision to love yourself, so that things you do during the day are about love and not fear.
Choose to do things to bring happiness and a sense of peace to yourself and others. 
Remember, you can't really love another if you don't love yourself in the first place.

What is gratitude?

It is a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation.
When you wake up in the morning and you think things aren't going very well for you, or you want things to have hurried up, just take a breath and count your blessings.
Remember all the good things you have in life. For a start your parents gave you life, your friends give you support, feedback, entertainment, education, your family gives you identity and memories, your job gives you money and fulfilment and so on.
And you're thinking , "O yeah, You know nothing man! I got nothing or nobody." 
Well, my friend, what about your life, your legs that work, your brain, your smile..., the roof over your head..." what about the sun on your face and the clean water you drink?
Look deeply, there is always something to be thankful for, something to appreciate and remember, there is always someone way worse off than you.
Thankyou for reading this, and may your heart open to posiibilities that we call life.
